What to expect?

This free service allows you to send your devices to us and benefit from a set of intensive, automated tests which will demonstrate their status in relation to SMETS2 validation. We have pre-selected three test sets from our extensive catalogue of SMETS2 end-to-end testing, covering the meter commissioning process (Install and Commissioning, Post Commission and Decommission).

After submitting the form, we’ll give you a call to ask which free test set you want us to run for you and to clarify any questions you may have. Once the tests are complete, we will send you a detailed report of the results and one of our SMETS2 experts will discuss the findings with you, along with any recommendations to resolve any issues identified.
